On Friday, March 28, former Buford High School standout Aspen King’s current college team, the Winthrop Eagles, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
The game took place at Terry Field. This was their first matchup against the Buccaneers this season.
The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 12 p.m. at Terry Field against Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
