Clover home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Clover rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 22% increase over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Clover in April 2016.
