Newport home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Newport fell by $28,850 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 12.4% decrease over the $232,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Newport in April 2016.
