Fort Mill home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Fort Mill rose by $61,130 while total sales increased by 22%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,500 - a 28.1% increase over the $217,370 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Fort Mill in April 2016.
