Rock Hill home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Rock Hill rose by $15,550 while total sales increased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,500 - a 12.1% increase over the $128,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Rock Hill in March 2016.
