Catawba home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Catawba rose by $89,927 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,777 - a 167% increase over the $53,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Catawba in March 2016.
