Lesslie home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Lesslie fell by $17,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,950 - a 9.5% decrease over the $187,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lesslie in March 2016, as well.
