Fort Mill home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Fort Mill rose by $76,000 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,000 - a 39% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Fort Mill in March 2016.
