Catawba home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Catawba fell by $157,500 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $10,000 - a 94% decrease over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Catawba in February 2016.
