Clover home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Clover fell by $4,550 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,950 - a 2.7% decrease over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Clover in March 2016.
