Clover home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Clover rose by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 46.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 140% increase over the $37,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Clover in February 2016.
