Catawba home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Catawba fell by $72,350 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,950 - a 61.7% decrease over the $117,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Catawba in January 2016.
