Rock Hill home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Rock Hill rose by $8,250 while total sales decreased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 226 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,250 - a 6.7% increase over the $124,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 257 homes sold in Rock Hill in the first quarter of 2016.
