Hickory Grove home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Hickory Grove rose by $23,350 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $53,500 - a 77.4% increase over the $30,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hickory Grove in the first quarter of 2016.
