Catawba home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Catawba fell by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,000 - a 7.7% decrease over the $117,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Catawba in the first quarter of 2016.
