Clover home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Clover fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 12.8% decrease over the $136,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Clover in the first quarter of 2016.
