Sturgis Estates home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Sturgis Estates rose by $13,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $121,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Sturgis Estates in the first quarter of 2016.
