Carowood home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Carowood rose by $37,750 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,500 - a 15.4% increase over the $245,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carowood in the first quarter of 2016.
