Census Bureau: More women than men in Rock Hill in 2019

Of the 73,334 people living in Rock Hill in 2019, 53.2 percent (39,021) were women and 46.8 percent (34,313) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC South Carolina Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 24,919-to-21,716. In the 65 and over age range, there were 6,164 females and 3,901 males.
