York County Regional Chamber of commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Focusing on the priorities, values, and the economic future of our community, this State of the Community event, sponsored by Piedmont Medical Center, will focus on regional challenges and successes specific to the Fort Mill and Tega Cay Areas.

The agenda will include guest speakers followed by a Q&A session (as time allows). Planned speakers include

• Councilman Tom Audette, York County Council District 1
• Mayor Guynn Savage, Town of Fort Mill
• Mayor David O’Neal, City of Tega Cay
• Dr. Chuck Epps, Superintendent of Fort Mill School District 4.

Attendees may participate in this event virtually or in-person.  In-person attendees must be registered by Sept 9.
