York County Regional Chamber of commerce recently issued the following announcement.

The Museum of York County will host “Take a Child Outside” event on Sept. 25 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. “Take a Child Outside” aims to help children develop a better understanding and appreciation of the environment and an enthusiasm for exploring the natural world. A naturalist will offer drawing opportunities on the nature trail. Free with General Admission – Admission must be paid prior to heading to the trail.
