York County Regional Chamber of commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Bring the kids out and enjoy an evening of candy, food, and dance and costume contest. Cash prizes. Contests to begin at 8pm. Register your organization to enter a decorated trunk and pass out candy by calling Emmett Scott Center at 803-329-5661.
