The Kajeet SmartSpots are part of the Homework Help Center Broadband Expansion Project established in 2020 with CARES Act funding that the South Carolina State Library received. They are part of a project called AccessSC. This project is made possible in part by a Library Services and Technology Act grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered by the South Carolina State Library.
