City of Tega Cay issued the following announcement on March 25.
Contractors for Duke Energy are making great progress on the walking trail along Tega Cay Drive. Most of the installation of the new lines has been completed, and starting Monday, March 28, crews will be back to resurface the trail section from Trailhead Park to Turner Field. This section of walking trail will be closed until the resurfacing work is complete. We will notify everyone when this section of trail will reopen, and we still anticipate all work on the project being finished by early-mid May depending on the weather.
