Chesterfield County School District issued the following announcement on March 28.
Effective July 1, 2022, Dr. Judd Starling will begin his leadership as the district’s Director of Adult Education program.
Effective July 1, 2022, Dr. Judd Starling will begin his leadership as the district’s Director of Adult Education program. Dr. Starling has been a member of the Adult Education team for 6 years and has been an integral part of the success of our Adult Education program’s growth. Dr. Starling will be replacing Ms. Marla Jacobs, who will be retiring at the end of the school year. Dr. Starling is a licensed school administrator in the state of South Carolina and earned his Doctorate in Leadership from Gardner Webb University. He is no stranger to Chesterfield County, he served as principal of Central High School for approximately 8 years. Dr. Starling stated, “I am truly excited to continue helping people and being a part of their positive experiences through our Adult Education Program. Our program has and will continue to meet the many needs of residents throughout Chesterfield County.”
