Kid Yoga has many benefits for children. When practiced over time it can help with emotion regulation, lower stress levels, help to sleep better, and have more focus! In this class kids can practice breathing techniques, have fun trying yoga poses, and meditate on how they were made perfectly to be themselves. Ages 6 to 11. Optional to bring a mat or towel. Wear comfortable clothes. Limit 10.
