Slow Flow Yoga Class -(Main Library-Rock Hill)

Enjoy the company of others while practicing yoga safely from a standing and siting position.  You don't need to be in shape, just have an open mind.  There are many benefits that come from Yoga. It improves your circulation, flexibility, balancing while reducing joint pain and stress.  The most important part you meet new people along the way, that's working toward the same goal, and learning how to meditate and relax your body.  In do not forget your Yoga Mat!
