We know this is not what you want to hear and some will be angry. We understand. We ask for you to extend grace and know we are doing everything we can to get this service up and going.
If your relatives start to wear out their welcome, maybe play a game of bagging leaves, if you can. We will continue to pick up bagged leaves that are separate from your trash can. Please help us keep the roadways safe and the storm drains clean by not putting your leaves on the road. Once the trucks are operational, we will send an updated schedule.
