Due to a power outage in the Chesterfield area, Edwards Elementary, Chesterfield-Ruby Middle, Ruby Elementary, Chesterfield High School, and Palmetto Learning Center ONLY will dismiss at 12:30 PM Wednesday, Jan 18.
