Chesterfield County’s three coaches earned an average salary of $14,224 in 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

This is the second lowest average salary per county earned by coaches at South Carolina post-secondary schools during 2022.

Chesterfield County is home to just one post-secondary school which paid coaches during 2022.

Male coaches of men's teams received $14,224 on average in Chesterfield County.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
