On February 10, 2025, Rep. Ralph Norman highlighted the introduction of the Emergency Border Control Resolution by Rep. Andy Harris. This resolution is designed to enable Congress to initiate a two-step reconciliation process aimed at providing resources for securing the southern border and rebuilding efforts under President Trump’s administration.
