Rock Hill home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Rock Hill rose by $43,250 while total sales decreased by 34.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 35.5% increase over the $121,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Rock Hill in April 2016.
