Lesslie home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Lesslie rose by $31,260 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,260 - a 23.5% increase over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Lesslie in the first quarter of 2016.
