Tega Cay home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Tega Cay rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $255,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Tega Cay in the first quarter of 2016.
