York County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on July 13.
A third person had been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting of a man on Twin Streams Lane in Clover.
YCSO Violent Crimes Detectives arrested and charged Yevonne Nicole Price, 38, with murder and criminal conspiracy in connection to the July 7th shooting death of Steven Kyle Faris.
Both Derek Jason Brown, 30, and Michael Davis, 47, were also charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, according to arrest warrants.
Through reviewing evidence and interviewing those involved detectives concluded Price, Brown, and Davis were responsible for shooting Faris in a tractor-trailer container on a property near Twin Streams Lane. It is believed the shooting occurred after an argument between those involved.
Detectives arrested Price July 13th at the Moss Justice Center.
Price, Brown and Davis are being held at the York County Detention Center without bond, and additional charges may be pending.
