Joe Wilson expresses gratitude for Jimmy Carter's volunteerism efforts

Congressman Joe Wilson has released a statement regarding the passing of former President Jimmy Carter. In his statement, Wilson expressed gratitude for the contributions made by Carter and his wife Rosalynn in promoting volunteerism through their work with Habitat for Humanity.

"I am grateful for the efforts that former President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn did to encourage volunteerism in the rebuilding of homes with Habitat for Humanity," said Wilson.

He also extended his condolences to Carter's family, saying, "My thoughts and prayers are with his family."
