Rep. Ralph Norman, a congressman representing South Carolina’s 5th district since 2017, shared several statements via social media expressing his views on various issues. He has been serving in Congress after replacing Mick Mulvaney and previously served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2005 to 2017.

On March 5, 2025, Rep. Norman tweeted about the current state of business and economic dealings in America. He stated that "Deals are being made. Business is booming." emphasizing that "Americans are FINALLY being put FIRST."

In another tweet posted on the same day, he addressed border security concerns by commemorating Laken Riley and stressing the importance of securing borders. He declared, "Laken Riley will never be forgotten." and called for action to ensure that "illegal aliens STOP harming our innocent loved ones!!"

Later that day, Rep. Norman referenced remarks made by the president regarding recent administrative accomplishments. He quoted the president saying, “We have accomplished more in 43 days than most administrations accomplished in 4 years…and we are just getting started!” Norman affirmed this sentiment by stating that "America’s momentum is back."
